Airport Operations
Our services range from making private or commercial aircraft arrangements to
coordinating tarmac arrivals and meet & greet programs at the airport gates.
We have handled expertly the movements of thousands of people over short
periods of time. We work with the airport authority and/or the Fixed
Base Operators to welcome your guests, whether they are a select VIP group
or thousands of delegates. We work out special arrangements to make
your guests feel special the moment they arrive. Favorable first
impressions are made here.
Credentials
Presidential hard pins, soft pins, overlays, badges, photo credentials, and
three-dimensional - we've done them all.
Housing
We provide site selection, hotel coordination, room blocking, reservation coding, pre
check-in, corporate housing and more.
Material & Equipment Logistics:
Specification submittals, competitive bidding, procurement, shipping &
receiving, inventory control, reconciliation--we offer comprehensive
assistance in logistical matters. We have moved equipment for top
professional sports teams all over the world.
Security
We provide the many aspects of special event private security, from conducting threat
assessments and preparing for demonstrators to procuring appropriate security personnel
and
technical equipment, to serving as liaison with the law enforcement community.

valuable time and time again: We help them carry out their jobs more easily
while securing your company's stake in a safe, successful event outcome.
Sponsorship
We manage and negotiate everything from Value-In-Kind contributions or products from
sponsors to comprehensive marketing programs.
Technology and Telecommunications
We can turn a hotel or any site into your headquarters away from home, from computer setup
of Local Area Networking (LAN) and Wide Area Networking (WAN) to installing phone systems
and two-way radio communications.
Transportation
From private cars, motorcades, shuttle systems, motor pools, chartered
vehicles, air & water shuttles to signage, route plans, maps and schedules,
we have done it all. Out expertise is moving people in the safest,
most efficient manner possible. With Vasta and Associates, you have a

occurrences. For example, we designed transport plans for 60,000
spectators at the race track that held only 25,000, developed a contingency
